Impact HT™ Optical Media Disc Decorating Machine
The IMPACT HTTM, designed and manufactured at United Silicone, uses a heated silicone rubber roller to apply digital heat transfer decals onto Optical Media Discs (CD's & DVD's).
IMPACT HT™ Specifications:
- Automatically decorates up to 500 CD/DVD’s per hour. (Rate dependent on disc size).
- Can be fitted with custom tooling to accommodate various disc sizes.
- Adjustable decoration speed to accommodate a wide variety of decal chemistries.
- Up to a 5” x 10” decorating area.
- Utilizes industry standard CD storage spindles.
- Easy to use front-mounted operator interface.
- Accommodates silicone rubber rollers up to 4 inches in diameter, and from 1 to 6 inches long.
- Includes a one year warranty on parts and labor.
