Electrical Engineer
United Silicone, a national leader in the sales, development, and manufacturing of decorating equipment and supplies, who embraces diversity and inclusion, is currently seeking an individual for the position of Electrical Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining electrical system requirements for automated equipment utilizing modifications of standard equipment based on customer specs. Design machinery as part of integrated assembly systems, including such items as parts handling and visual inspection equipment. Define electrical and pneumatic hardware requirements with Mech. Eng. to create most effective and efficient application. Design software programs for standard controls, PLC controllers, OIT terminals, vision inspection systems, and robotics to enable systems to be integrated. Travel to customer sites as necessary.

Four year college degree in Electrical Engineering required. Displayed experience in a similar (mfg.) position. AutoCAD 2006/2007, PLC, & OIT experience needed.
