Silicone Rubber Dies

Silicone Rubber Rollers

Silicone Seal Heads

Heat Seal Tooling

Heat seal & packaging tooling components - top & bottom - must withstand the temperature, pressure and dwell requirements for these applications. United Silicone's tooling is manufactured to be user friendly (easy for automation or an operator to load and unload parts) and durable. Platens or anvils are necessary to secure/hold parts, support the sealing area, and locate/position parts for repeatibility. United Silicone will often add features to a tooling set to make set-up easier and provide consistent, quality parts more quickly on changeover - jackscrews, alignment pins, part sensors, etc.
